Pastai means “the pasta makers,” and/or “the pasta sellers.” We specialize in hand-made fresh pasta, prepared from scratch in an open kitchen and made from an array of local whole grains. Our menu is comprised of seasonal ingredients, which we source from local farmers and purveyors. Fine wines and curated spirits are paired with our warm Southern Italian dishes.
