Pastai means “the pasta makers,” and/or “the pasta sellers.” We specialize in hand-made fresh pasta, prepared from scratch in an open kitchen and made from an array of local whole grains. Our menu is comprised of seasonal and organic ingredients, which we source from local farmers and purveyors. Fine wines and curated spirits are paired with our warm Southern Italian dishes. We also offer our signature fresh gluten-free pasta, which is prepared and cooked away from any wheat. Fresh pasta as well as our house-made sauces are available for purchase, so you can enjoy our family recipes in the comfort of your own home.
We are open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night, and also serve brunch on Saturday and Sunday.
Monday to Thursday 7am to 2am, Friday 7am to 3am, Saturday 10am to 3am, Sunday 10am to 1am.
